Vendor Guidelines
We're excited to welcome vendors who help make the Hispanic Heritage Festival a fun, welcoming, and family-friendly celebration! To help create the best experience for everyone, please keep the following in mind:

Festival Fit
Vendors should offer products, food, services, activities, or information appropriate for a family-friendly cultural and community event. Preference may be given to vendors whose offerings complement the spirit and purpose of the Hispanic Heritage Festival.

Nonpartisan Event
The Hispanic Heritage Festival is a nonpartisan community event. Political parties, political campaigns, candidates campaigning for office, and partisan political organizations are not eligible for vendor spaces.

Vendor Approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee a vendor space. Applications are reviewed based on available space, vendor variety, event needs, and overall fit with the festival.

Booth & Vendor Responsibilities
Approved vendors are responsible for their booth setup and for complying with applicable permits, licenses, health requirements, and festival instructions. All displays and activities must remain family-friendly.

Creating a Welcoming Festival
We ask all vendors to help us maintain a respectful and welcoming environment for our guests, volunteers, performers, and fellow vendors.
